School Orientation

Today is an exciting day for Elva and us. Elva our first child will be attending P1 from next year 2010 at Tew Tee Primary School.
The school conducted an orientation today for all P1 children and their parents.

Elva was especially happy to see her K2 friends being allocated in the same class as her.
The moment she stepped into her class and greeted by her form teacher Mdm Lee, the moment she see her familar friend in the class, she totally forgotten our existence. (haha)
Well, that a good sign as we know she can be independent to look after herself.
Before the school term begin for Elva, we are all looking forward to our family retreat at Hong Kong!

Happy Time

I really look forward to be able to spend time with my kids and wife on weekend. This is especially so during this period of difficult time i having at work. Last weekend, we enjoyed the cool sea breeze, snacking away and watching Sentosa resort world “growing”. I have a sense of peace and content just able to be with them and watching them having fun together. Happy.

Children Day

Today is Children Day – Elva & Elvis are having a celebration party organised by CreativeLand’s teacher.

They woke up early this morning than usual (normally Elvis won’t want to wake up) as they are so looking forward to this little party. Guess children just loves to have fun and games together with their friends.

Sometimes, I just feel that they both have grown so much and learnt so much.  Now they can speak well and argue with each other at time.. I felt that I have grown old too… haha.

Hmm… really miss them when they are younger and adorable. (at least they won’t 顶嘴with you)

A Ride Up North

Sunday- 26 July 2009.

Today, Elvis wanted me to bring him for a ride. It is Sunday and I thought I can laze around at home after a long tiring week.  He was persistent and I relented, we will both ride our way happily to Kranji Park.  Its about 20 mins ride and we reached Kranji reservior park.

There we can see people tosing their fishing rod with hope for a big catch.  We also see many uncles sitting patiently by the rocky edge staring intently into the water. What were they looking for? We asked.  When we approached nearer, we were so surpirsed to see what they have catch from our humble reservior! Lobsters! They are not very big but sure look good and yummy

We have a short rest on the bench enjoying the cool sea breeze and listening to the gentle sound of wave hitting on the rock. It was a relaxing and peaceful afternoon :) 

Dear Lucky – We miss U

1994 to 2009

My family dog – Lucky goes to heaven on 5 July 2009.  My sister break the news to me via sms on Sunday. I suddenly feel so sadden with his departure. Feel as if someone so dear who had bought us so much joy and fun time to us. Just left to another dimension.  Feeling of losing someone dear is really painful. Already we had lose a king of pop MJ, the world weep and pity that such talent gone too soon.

I want to give tribute to Lucky for being the greatest pet to me and family. Thank you for coming to our lives and bought us so much joy, fun time.  Love you always.
